I can't say enough about how amazing Kelsey is. Kelsey was so patient with all of my questions, personable, and made sure I was taken care of during the entire process. We saw so many houses together and she gave me honest opinions about the quality, security and functionality of the homes - in fact, we skipped a few potential ones as she knew it wouldn't be a fit or that there were issues with the home. When I found a home, she walked me through the entire process, checked in, recommended lawyers/insurance/etc. She made sure it was comfortable and easy - quite a feat given my insane anxiety. The day of possession... I was at a loss for words. She gave me a BEAUTIFUL piece of art for my home - OF my home! Made locally! It was such a kind gesture. I've still been in contact with Kelsey post possession as she has checked in on our move, sent birthday wishes, and shared more advice with me. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Kelsey for my first home purchase. When the time comes, I won't hesitate to seek Kelsey's assistance in buying/purchasing again. She was truly a godsend during this process. Kelsey felt like a friend. Not a "salesperson." I'd give her 100 stars if I could. Thank you, Kelsey.
