Curtus is one of the best realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. Not only did he help me purchase my home in 2017, but he also helped me sell it in 2022. Through out the 5 years, he stayed in touch with me keeping our business relationship alive. Even to this day, if I have questions about buying or selling, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to him. Whenever we met up to discuss financial decisions and what needs to be done, he was always professional and courteous. He explained exactly what the next steps would be, and would calm me down when I got too excited about a number. Working with Curtus didn't seem like working with a realtor just out to make a commission. It truly did feel like working with a friend. I highly recommend him.

Curtus helped me sell my house and guided me through the whole process step by step. It wasn't the best market to sell a house out of town in winter but he did it! He is very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and kind. He was always there to answer any questions quickly no matter what time of day or night I messaged him. It was such a positive experience having him as our realtor. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Hopefully I can use him again some day when I purchase my next home. Update September/October 2022: Curtus just helped me buy a home. Wanted to update my review in regards to him with buying process. Curtus is hands down the best realtor. He was so knowledgeable and patient through the entire process. He was always there for me and got back to me so quickly with any questions or concerns I had. I looked at a lot of houses and he didn't let me loose hope. I didnt think he would find the right home but in the end he found the perfect house in my price range in a great neighborhood. I am so beyond happy with my new home and the experience I had with curtus. He valued my needs and exceeded expectations every step of the way.
