SET UP FOR SUCCESS !! Chris came and spent several hours with us looking at comparable properties before we listed ours. He gave us excellent advice on how to prepare our property and also on how to price it accordingly to market. He came back when we were ready and walked through with us to make sure we had our home ready and presentable . It took no time at all before we had showings and feedback and this led to quick offers and a very happy sale ! We cant appreciate him enough and are happy to refer him to anyone looking for a realtor !
