I Love Sushi

Went there for a Buffet with my family. Group of 9. A bit Pricey for a buffet for $25. They didnt even serve water even we asked the server. Buffet table was not refilled. Aside from the food in the buffet area, we ordered Tempura as additional which is included in the buffet. But you have to order it thru the Tablet (online) We ordered 25pcs, ONLY 10pcs were served in our table. The remaining 15pcs was not. We do follow up with the server and even the one in the Till, they told us it will be serve soon. But it didnt. The customer service so poor. We talked to the Manager and doesnt understand much english, sorry for the word but she is. Would not recommend this to others

Buffet food was always empty and a little cold. And every time we ordered food from the tablet menu it took 30mins-1hr. On top of that every time we had to follow up on the server our order didnt come thru. We asked if we could take out what we ordered because we didnt receive most of our orders but they refused and got mad at us as well. Poor customer service and food is not the best.

Buffet was horrible, food was cold, sushi was horrible, buffet was empty. This place has gone downhill. Never again, worst experience ever.
