UniFirst Uniform Services - Regina

We had great service the first year, but this last year has been atrocious. Regular staff turnover (the new driver is not a good fit....) is a huge red flag, but the constant price raises (going from $30/wk to $60/wk in two years). I will absolutely never sign with them again, they will not honor a quote and make promises they can't keep.

Poor service, keep getting the runaround and excuses. Since when does it take 4 months to get coveralls, pants and shirts. The temporary coveralls I received was damaged, broken zippers and torn sleeves. Not too mention that it wasn't the right size. I wouldn't recommend Unifirst Regina. Save yourself the frustration and get your uniforms elsewhere.

Choose them with caution, it might end up costing you money way more than you expected. I just tell you what happened: We had a mat cleaning contract with Unifirst. By the end of our contract , they sent us an invoice of over $4000, For eight 3*8 mats, averaging more than $500 per mat. They said it's because the mats have our company logo on them. But the truth is (and they acknowledge), only HALF of those 8 mats have our logo, the other four mats don't have anything customized. But they charge us the same price nonetheless. Oh They did doublecheck as I requested, and it's all "correct". So this totally can be the price you will have to pay if you deal with them.
