I had flight to Vancouver Feb 26th they canceled it and then they give me wrong destination to Abbotsford. I came early to airport5am and the flight was 6:30am to get to Vancouver. They lie to me around 5:30 am the gate is close and I saw more people still was checking in because the plane still there will leave 6:30am Very disappointed I had meeting at 10am that meeting is very expensive I paid and my hotel two night got cancelled with charges on it. They should be not this way they should help their customers I am very disappointed a lot

For a 7-hour flight from Calgary to Jamaica you don't even offer a meal anymore or 1 free check bag. Then you wonder why everyone brings a huge carry-on and a backpack the staff was great but paying $1600 to fly and you don't get a bag or meal???

Westjet as a company has gone down hill and lacks knowledge and compassionate customer support - within flight service as well as through customer call centres. I, at times, consider cancelling my WestJet mastercard as I no longer find it a benefit but rather a nuisance to have to deal with them regularly, along with the annual expense of holding it (which used to be worth it!) At this point I would give a 0 star review if it was an option. WestJet - what happened?
