I would like to praise staffs in this location. They are very friendly and were helpful in selecting our size. The staff manager is so accommodating and helped us exchange shoes. Overall shopping experience was superb in this location and we purchased more than we would have because of these friendly staff! Thank you!

Spencer at the till was so helpful and nice. They helped me find some cheap, good looking boots to replace my falling apart walmart sneakers. They went above and beyond in customer service, were patient with any questions or concerns I had, and truly wanted to help me find shoes that I loved. Thank you!!

The manager is so rude and disrespectful! I dont know if it was because Im a person of colour or just because! I ordered three pairs of boots and asked him if i could return one if I dont like the fit. He said that the boots online that are almost 70% off are final sale and when i asked where does it say that on the website. He said anything that has a red tag or has the price in red is a final sale. And i told him that that is not the case everywhere. He said everywhere he has worked, that was the case, and after that he did not want to listen to what I wanted to say he kept on saying I dont want to argue with you if you want to return them then Ill do it his body language, tone and facial expression was so rude, it felt as if he is disgusted to talk with me whereas I wasnt even arguing i just wanted to have a normal conversation as he was getting really annoyed with me without any reason at all. Really heartbreaking because i always buy my boots and sandals from here. Side note: the assistant manager is a sweetheart, he is such a nice human. But the managers behaviour was heartbreaking as well as demeaning.
