        I have shopped at this store for as long as I know. After todays, awful experience I will never be back. The sales associates are extremely friendly, but the manager was very disrespectful and truly made me have a terrible experience. I came to return a pair of sandals I bought for my mom on Saturday and because I only had the gift receipt, there was absolutely NOTHING she could do. The staff was even there who rang me thru 2 days before. As a manager she isnt setting a very good example for her staff, by arguing with me that there is nothing she can do and that I am stuck with the sandals. She even was able to pull up my purchase on the computer but still would not do anything. I dont wish this experience upon anyone, so be careful when youre shopping for a gift.
