So started going to the gym brick house. I noticed they had a store there and me knowing nothing about this stuff I was curious. I talked with a guy named Justin. He was so helpful and dint make me feel stupid. He explained to me all the supplements and protien powders they have and what may work for me and what I wouldn't need at the moment. Was not pushy and buying stuff but more informant on what my body needs. Will go back for info and supplies. Thank you Justin for making me feel comfortable.
