WORST customer service EVER. I will NEVER be back.

Had some small vertical rips beside the back pockets on 2 pairs of shorts and this is how this place fixed them. She didnt go over the work and just had them tied up in a bag, took 40.00+tx and said nothing. I assumed they were professional so I didnt bother to look before paying. Also they were dirty from the sewing machine as they dont seem to keep their work space clean. Do not take anything to this place!!

Terrible service as well as communication, way too overpriced and too long to wait for the services to be done. I didnt get my order in time it was delayed few days and I needed it for the wedding. They are always too busy with their phone calls and doing an awful job in tailoring cloth. I do it better on my own.

Overpriced and very terrible service. I was told my items would be ready on the 14th I came on the 19th and they still weren't ready. When I explained I lived out of town she said to come at 9:30 the next day and she would have it ready. I waited until 10 before I called customer service to see if she was coming or not. When she finally arrived at 11 the work that was done was very poorly done. The items I had taken in are now ruined and unwearable. I am extremely disappointed with the work and customer service and how I was treated.
