A year ago there was a woman working at this location, she was absolutely amazing! Always greeted anyone who walked by, even going the extra mile by decorating and giving out balloons! The current staff is terrible, they never pay attention to their customers. Every and I mean EVERY time I walk by with my kids they're on their phones watching something! I had to walk right up to the woman so I could get her attention. They refused to accept my gift card and refused to give me a refund!

Everyone, & I mean everyone that works there is rude!! The owner is creepy & very rude to customers & their kids, the girls that work there are rude & dress very inappropriately to be working with kids. Only had one good experience in the Regina locations, will never come back to the Regina locations. Disgusted by how its run.

It is not okay to tell other people's children where to stand and what to do. It is not okay to touch other people's children. It is not okay to be too friendly making my children uncomfortable and ME TOO in fact. The man claimed to be the owner. Well, never again. Rude & condescending. Just an awful experience.
