Horizon Laser Vision Center

My optometrist submitted a referral. Went through the assessment. All good. After over a month of waiting to hear back from the Dr, I called them. They said I wasn't a candidate. Lame excuse as to why I wasn't a candidate and I could get my optometrist to submit another referral and go through the same process I just went through Again but didn't follow up with me about. I'll take it as a sign, poor service, unorganized office, don't let them mess anything else up. Total waste of time with this group.

The staff were very friendly and very punctual. When I showed up for my checkups and procedure there was very little waiting. The day of my surgery everything went smoothly- my one, very minor complaint was, I needed a moment in between my two eyes as I was very uncomfortable (NOT from pain - there was absolutely no pain involved) just quite nervous and a little queasy and the doctor was a little pushy and didn't really want to wait - I guess that's why they are so punctual. But my vision is perfect now, I had zero side effects. 100% would do again.

They seem quite disorganized. They Called to advise appointment is needed but it already had been made. Their staff needs to get with the program and understand not everyone lives in the city. Some drive for hours. Sad its come to this with professional business especially health care ones. As a note. When they have you drive 4 hrs in to see them and something malfunctions they have no understanding of the cost they put on you and never do they offer a discount for their end mistakes. But they sure have the financials all figured out for charging you and how you can pay them.

I had a very good experience with the surgery, my vision is better then 20:20. Couldn't be happier with my results
