I swam for the dolphins for 14y and worked for them for 5y. The club became my second family and taught me so many life skills like accountability, commitment and time management. The coaches always believed in my swimming ability and pushed me to be the best in and out of the pool. Swimming gave me the opportunity to travel the world and represent the best club in the prairies. Coaching for the club was great too! I never had an issue with pay checks and remember having one scheduling issue that was easily fixed with communication. The board is full of parents who care and that put in a lot of hours to make the club one of the best. I would've continued to work for them but sadly became too busy with school. I've recently ended my swimming career and try to stay connected as best I can. It's a great feeling being greeted by big smiles when I return on pool deck because its a community I will always be apart of.

I have swam with the Dolphins for over 10 years and I currently a member of the Cougars swim team. The Dolphins has shaped who I am as not only an athlete, but also as a person. This club teaches valuable life skills such as perseverance, discipline, and determination. I know that I will carry the many lessons learned from swimming throughout the rest of my life. The coaches care about all of their swimmers and they know how to produce high-level athletes. I have had amazing opportunities to travel around the world for competitions and training camps, which were extremely valuable experiences that I am very grateful for. Overall, I would suggest the Dolphins for anyone interested in swimming.

Swim team can create some good swimmers, but the coaching staff is very unprofessional; do not treat athletes with respect, underlying theme of sexism, not caring about the athletes mental health or physical well being, as well as totally cutting fun out of the program. many parents want to put their children in sports where they can have a fun and safe setting to be active and develop into strong kids (mentally and physically), but the risk of harm from situations that the Dolphins put their swimmers in can potentially be harmful. When it comes to working for this team, they are exceptionally unprofessional; not paying staff on time, not paying them what they agreed on, cutting jobs and positions with a days notice (not to mention over email), this is very unacceptable. The dolphins have been having problems for the past 5 or so years, but looking at the other clubs in regina, it might be best to consider another club before coming to this one
