        I just had my taxes done yesterday and I can say that I would recommend it. Roger helped me with setting-up the appointment and he did help me with my taxes as well. He was very professional and it was such a breeze dealing with him. Also, I got my refund instantly. I did not have to wait for CRA to give it to me.

        Booked an appointment for 9am. I showed up for my appointment and no one was there. I guess the store doesnt open until 10am. I book on April 2. They had plenty of time to contact me and change the time. Changed to hopefully a more professional location.

        Absolutely horrible service. Appeared very incapable and unknowing. Unable to explain my tax return in any way. When I got home I began receiving notifications from CRA that all my info had been changed....without my knowledge or approval. Will NEVER use H & R again!!! Very disappointed.
