Such a great and welcoming environment! Shakira helped me at the front desk and she was so wonderful, extremely helpful. Leo did my taxes for me and he was very kind and informative! Highly recommend this location!!

Literally horrible. Stood there for 5 minutes only person in there while they had a conversation for 5 minutes without acknowledging my existence. Then skipped over a very important part of my refund which left me confused, told I wasnt needed to come back to review when the most important part of my return needs signature and was skipped over. Was treated like I was stupid as well as help was garbage. Wont use for taxes ever again

First time ever getting my taxes done by someone instead of doing them myself this time, horrible experience, I got the card and the lady didnt even tell me I had to activate my card on the way out, she told me I was free to leave so I left, waited 2 weeks, I did t hear nothing about my tax return,, turns out the lady who helped me made a mistake and I had to wait another hour and a half for a simple fix, Ill never use H&R again, I recommend doing your own taxes, Ive always done my own and never had a problem until now, now I have to change everything in my CRA account back to the way It was before, I dunno why they dont just let you use your own bank,

The service was great, Shakira at the front desk was kind a professional! And areeba was so amazing she wrote down all my numbers so I could actually see how my taxes worked out! All in all an amazing experience
