pankaj is the loveliest human, bending over backwards to make our experience w bell a good one ... our son has disabilities and instantly gravitated to him in the mall for months which he showed instant interest, so when we decided to switch back to bell, it was a no brainer to get his wonderful help and insightful assistance... anyone is in as good of hands going to this kiosk!! pankaj

Charged 120$ of roaming fees on a newly set up plan. The rep explained that it included "call and texting within North America" and then I was hit with this charge in the FIRST month of service since it's only free if it originates from Canada. Very unfair business practices since that wasn't what was initially communicated, be careful joining Bell.

Worst experience trying to get a reciever replaced. Got the run around on the city and no-one can help.
