I do NOT recommend this travel agency at all! We had a family vacation booked. Our vacation got cancelled due to the weather. After the cancellation this company was not helpful at all! We then talked with WestJet and they informed us to fill out a form and to get help from our travel agent since thats what we paid for. Sell off had no idea what form this was nor would they help us figure out how to receive our refund to reschedule. Two people Emily and Nancy in the office was supposed to call or email us back and never did. We went to marlin travel and they knew exactly the form we needed and helped us. Between marlin and WestJet they helped us rebook our family vacation. Never will I book with this company again. I recommend Marlin travel.

Was here for the 1st time for ticket inquiries. Met with the manager who was nice. I should be back here for a deal soonest.
