I have had limited experience in buying vehicles, but the team at Titan automotive absolutely shattered my idea of what a car buying experience should be. Trevor and the folks at Titan went above and beyond any purchase or service experience I've had with any dealership, and created a 0 pressure and friendly atmosphere that made it so easy to make a choice that worked for me. Trevor in particular was very easy to get along with and took plenty of time showing me all of the options available and discussing what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. From the moment I walked into the shop to the moment I drove my 2021 dodge charger off the lot I felt like I was welcome, respected, and that my business actually mattered to them. The terms and specifics of trading in my old car were explained clearly and efficiently and at no point did I feel like I was being given a bad deal. Overall I could not be happier with my buying experience and I have no doubt that Titan will be my first choice if I need to buy another vehicle in the future.
