Sales Manager Eli and really the entire team came together to make this one of the best car buying experiences. We picked up the Outlander PHEV after many hours of research. Eli was helpful, thoughtful, and genuine. The actual sales portion went really quickly, since Eli was very transparent and told me exactly what to expect. There were no surprises with any fees, at any point of the process. After that, Eli spent a lot of time with us going through the features. We live out of town, so he provided rides during the changeover process. Joemaina oversaw the details of transaction; she was efficient, knowledgeable, and approachable. Eli is a great fit for a manager. He did a killer job with us from start to finish. Meanwhile, he didnt miss a single opportunity to point out the hard work and skill set of other team members as our paths crossed. It is easy to tell that he loves what he does, and has great respect for his team. Although we expected the car would be ready after the weekend, the entire team pulled together to get the vehicle ready the day after it arrived at the dealership. The customer service atmosphere was laid back, while at the same time the team was working hard to get everybody looked after quickly. They are fostering a really good group here. Thanks for making the dreaded experience of car buying an overwhelmingly positive one!

Our experience at Dilawri Mitsubishi was simply amazing. From the moment we first stepped into the dealership, we had a nice and pleasant encounter with every staff member we met. From the friendly staff who welcomed us, asked if we needed any help, and ushered us in, to our main point of contact Eli, who was warm, courteous, professional, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He took time to satisfactorily answer all our questions and made our buying experience so delightful. Greg and Joe were also incredibly remarkable. This was an exceptional service from a truly excellent team! They went over and above. I highly recommend them.

Dane S has an excellent customer service, and he is very knowledgeable about the various products. He answered all the questions we had, and explained the importance of the vehicle features to us clearly. Ask for him when you visit the Dealership.
