Literally the worst experience everytime I go there. I usually go to the southland mall but a few times Ive had to go to this one due to stock issues. Every single time I go there im met with rude tone, called an asked the girl to hold an xbox and she said shed hold it for a few hours until I got there. Was gone by the time I got there and I was met with the its just the way retail works. Dont tell someone youll hold something If youre just going to sell it. It took me 2 hours to get there. The man at the till just said too bad. Lol South regina Gamestop is the best one ever! Avoid this one as much as possible!

EXTREMELY bad customer service. They will hang up on you if they dont feel like dealing with a problem. Having trouble with coupon codes and was hung up on as I read the email regarding the codes. After phoning back to ask for the store number to complain to corporate I was told to shop elsewhere and again hungup on. Do not shop here, Northgate and Southland locations have employees that are knowledgeable and friendly. Possibly the worst customer service I have experienced. Employee was Brandy iirc

Always friendly and helpful when coming into the store. They have the knowledge to help with your gaming questions. Still have great staff.
