Had a relatively small & simple return, they delayed it by several months, with extremely poor communication and kept refusing to give a timeline on finishing it. It would've been much better if they said upfront they were too busy to accept new clients at the time

This company has stalled my business taxes for months, every time I go down or call to enquire what is going on they give another excuse and a pushed back date.. my business taxes are now months over due and the last excuse I was given was they are short staffed. They didnt tell me pertinent information on things I could do for the company, they over charged me, and were extremely rude when I said I would be taking my business elsewhere. When I tried to walk out of the office I was told You will sit and listen I looked at the woman, said you will not speak to me in that tone., and walked out. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Stay away from this company!
