Gokavi Transverse Technique

Dr Gokavi is a beautiful woman inside and out. Her method has transformed so many people, myself included. I have an inoperable shredded rotator cuff on my dominant arm. The pain was unbearable, I was seriously ready to put a bullet to my head because no one would help except to offer me drugs that would prevent me from functioning. I refused to take them. I heard about the GTT and I attended one treatment and I've never looked back. The pain is not completely gone, it never will be. But at least it's manageable thanks to this wonderful woman and her method of treatment. She has also gone above and beyond by responding to any emails I have sent in terms of recommending another GTT Therapist when some in my area have moved away. If you're looking for dry needling pain relief like no other dry needling can or will provide, find someone specifically with GTT training. Trained Therapists are also listed on her website. Dr. Gokavi is so pleasant and kind and interesting! She is amusing and makes sure you feel comfortable with everything going on. She is one of a kind. (Im 17) I fell out of a tree (~14ft) kind of onto my head and really messed up the muscles in my back. One shoulder was noticeably lower than the other and rather than my shoulders being stacked over my hips they were twisted ~5 to the left. In 2 months I went to a physiotherapist 6 times and a chiropractor 4, but I only felt a maybe 15% improvement overall. I felt like giving up and accepting that I would be in pain forever. But after 1 appointment with Dr. Gokavi I felt a 60% improvement from when I walked in to when I walked out. I could not believe it but the effects have really lasted. TLDR: I cannot recommend her enough. She genuinely changed my life.
