I really like walking into a happy business! Jeff and his team are the best! Personally having zero knowledge about heating and air conditioning, they were able to answer all of my questions. I know if any breaks they are a phone call away - 24/7 emergency service.

My AC was working but just not running efficiently, I thought maybe I just needed the lines charged. The technician spent 1.5 hours onsite just to tell me that the levels are good but my AC is too closed in for maximum efficiency. the tech worked extremally slow and milked the job, when he should have measured the levels and determined the enclosed area was the problem in under an hour. I was billed $264 for just labor since no repairs were done. I have used J.O.B. in the past and had a different technician who was much better who actually fixed my AC and charged me less money. But after this I will not use them again and will not recommend them to anybody else going forward. Service: A/C system maintenance

On one of the hottest days my AC unit stopped working. I called several places gave everyone the same story the Capacitor is no longer working and all companies wanted to sell me a new AC unit. When I called JOB they asked if I had anyone come look at it because it could probably be repaired and a new unit was not required. JOB had a tech at my house the next day, replaced the Capacitor and it is working great! I appreciate the honesty and integrity of JOB for not just trying to sell me a new unit but recognizing that this one could be repaired literally saving me thousands of dollars. From a single parent with a modest income, this makes a world of difference. You will be my first call for other heating and cooling issues that may arise. Thank you! Service: A/C system repair

Don't waste your money!They will show up late, pad their hourly labor bill with constant trips to the van for a 20 minute phone call, and leave you with a still, nonfunctional AC system. Then they will make you wait a week before they send another tech, and still bill you for the same diagnostic hours, and fees, (of course, with more new added charges to fill an empty tank of refrigerant) That's right, no refrigerant!! At least, that was our experience. In the end, the two bills came to over $700. My wife and I are seniors, on fixed incomes, and this was huge strain on our budget, and we would never have agreed t this amount going in. Also we were told by the office that they would mail the bill and that payment plans were available, but the tech insisted upon payment (in full), upon completion. Don't be fooled by their competitive "first hour" rate. They're not so competitive when you factor in the $40 "truck charge" they spring on you. My advice? GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
