Amazing customer service!! Bought a new dryer from Saskatoon Appliance and they resolved an issue with the unit quickly and beyond my satisfaction!

I had to make a service call on our Maytag dishwasher that we bought from Saskatoon Appliance 4 years ago. A plastic piece on the top rack had broke, and I was very frustrated. However, the great lady who took my service call calmed me down and was very helpful. Her named was Jennifer and I want to acknowledge her for her understanding ways and pleasant attitude. The greatest positive aspect of this place is the location and great customer service. It is a place to support local business. Also, it is a service centre for many brands they sell. The downside is, open-box delivery by third party person. They have a reason for that. Also, install is not included which is included when you buy from big box stores. So clearly understand what you are getting into. Don't be shy to engage with the salesman. Believe firmly that all your questions and concerns are valid. Do your research.

I dealt with Rod at Saskatoon Appliances and he was so so great to deal with. Everything was super easy, quick, and the communication was great. I definitely recommend this business!

We were looking to purchase a new dishwasher with a certain one in mind. After the very knowledgeable salesperson, Gary, showed some other makes and models we changed our minds. The one we decided on was more what we desired. Thanks for the great service!
