        I am a (now retired) Licensed Insolvency Trustee. I have known Kelly Minisofer and Grasswood for well over 20 years and always considered them my "go to" auctioneer. They are very good at getting the most value for assets they are selling and do a great job of preparing items for sale but also the important job of cleaning up a site afterwards. They are particularly good at dealing with unusual assets and go to great efforts to market such items far and wide. I have no hesitation in recommending them fully.
