If I could give a zero star review I would. I purchased a few items from Sage for Christmas Gifts. I had to return two of the items. The girl who did the return was very nice but struggled with being able to process the return. When I returned home I realized that she actually charged me instead of refunding me for the one item. So the next day I went to get my money back. The girl that helped me looked and acted completely annoyed. Considering it was their mistake a simple apology would have been nice, considering I had to take time out of my day to go back and pay for parking to get my money back due to their error. She had to process them in two transactions so for the second one she couldnt figure it out and was going to short my refund. It wasnt a large amount of money but it was her attitude as she said thats as close as I can get to the right amount. She handed me the receipts and once again no apology or anything for my inconvenience. But apparently she thought it was funny as she laughed and made a comment as I left the store. No matter how good there products are I will never spend another dime in this business if thats how the staff treats customers.

I am giving 5 rating because of excellent service given by the store manager. Today it was my first visit and I was confuse to pick products but ohh my god manager , she went extra mile to explain me everything and she has great knowledge of each product. I really appreciate she took time to demonstrate about what they have according to health problem. Will definitely go back

Nice little store. Good mall as well. The products seem good quality/scent wise. Only thing keeping the 5 starts is they are still not very cheap and were out of some products, but COVID is doing that to everyone lately.
