Friendly enough staff but the work was subpar and they were unable to meet any kind of timelines they provided. I'll start by saying I didn't choose this shop. Unique is the only shop in Saskatchewan that falls within TD Insurance's network (I am from Alberta). When I hit a deer visiting family in Saskatoon, my vehicle was brought here for repairs. After an initial estimate, I was informed the parts would be 5-10 business days after which they would start repairs. I was informed they would keep in contact every step of the way. On business day 10 I called to see the status of the vehicle as I was going to be travelling back to Saskatoon in 2 weeks. I was told the parts had arrived and it would be finished early the following week. This lined up perfectly for my next trip to Saskatoon. I called back the following Thursday and was informed my vehicle might not be ready and that I might have to wait until Monday as they didn't have all the parts they needed. When I pushed for a firm answer, I was told I needed to wait for a callback. That didn't happen, I had to call them back myself to get a firm answer that it would be ready the following day. That Friday I picked up my vehicle. On the drive back to Alberta I noticed a few things wrong. Some minor issues and some HUGE issues. 1) There was wax overspray all over the vehicle including the rear (where no work was done). 2) It appears someone attempted to clean the inside of the front windows and did a very poor job leaving streaks everywhere 3) A bolt (so far I've only found one) was missed when installing the trim around the wheel well. This caused the trim to flap in the wind on the highway causing a loud noise 4) My headlights are not level. One of the items replaced was the driver's side headlight. No care was put into levelling them. 5) Potentially the biggest issue, the lug nuts on the driver's side front wheel were not tightened properly... They came extremely loose on the highway to the point I almost lost the tire. In the end, I was without my car for 4 weeks and now I'll have to have another shop in Alberta look over the car to ensure there were no other parts missed and that none of the steering components were damaged due to this shop's lack of care. But eh, at least the paint looks good? Services: Painting, Body & Trim
