        Able to help and get what I needed. Said they'd call as soon as it was in they failed to do so. Since I am from out of town and in a hurry it was very inconvenient had to make 2 trips into the city.

        They took the time to check the work needed, advised me in detail of what the expected outcome would be, and advised against spending a bunch of money for a fix that would be unlikely to improve the situation. I'm very happy they educated me and helped me avoid wasting my money. I will happily go to them next time I need glass repair.
