Canadian Tire Auto Centre

I purchased a warranty program with my tires, and when I took it in for new tires, they told me I needed suspension repairs, but that they wouldn't honor the warranty unless I completed the $2k of repairs at their shop. I get my repairs done at a different shop, for much cheaper than canadian tire. If I had known that they would insist on having all repairs done in their shop, I wouldn't have bothered paying extra for the warranty program.

If the options were there to give a -10 stars that's what I would definitely put. This garage is horrible. They do not care about fixing your vehicle problems. They caused us so much inconvenience. The car had to go back 4 times and always came back with the same problem and a couple times a new problem arose. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Unless you want to have them screw you and you have to take it somewhere else. Take your vehicle to any other garage. Save yourself the stress.
