Dodge City Collision

I recently took my vehicle to Dodge City Collision to have the drivers door panel replaced. They were upfront about the length of time my repair would take, arranged a rental vehicle under my package policy, communicated update clearly and promptly and delivered my vehicle finished and on time! Would hands down use their services again!

Brought my truck in to have a scuff and dent repaired on the cab corner, door, and fender flare. Fender flare wasnt done, door and cab corner were not done properly. There was bondo dust left on the back seats and all over the door. Runs in the paint. Half the dent is still there and never fully finished painting the door. This is a top of the line truck, will not bring it back here, will be notifying SGI and bringing it somewhere else to be repaired properly. Absolute disgrace. Have always been happy with my sales rep Jeff Hartley- he goes above and beyond. But as for service department and collision, I am sorely disappointed. Receptionists and front staff are doing as much as they can but unfortunately are being let down as well.
