FFUN Collision Centre

My car is currently still here. Something large and metal appeared in the middle of the highway suddenly and I hit it on March 21. My car was towed to Kia as the tires were both blown. They told me there was more damage than the tires and had it taken to Ffun Collision Centre on March 27. It is now April 22nd and I have NO information other than were doing estimates. I dont know whats wrong with it, how much it will cost, how long it will take, nothing. Every time we call they either dont answer or tell us they will call back (they never have). Im very upset. I was on my way back from seeing my step dad after he was shot in the head in Edmonton when the damage occurred. He has has ups and large downs since then and I havent been able to be with him or my family because I dont have my car, and again, have zero idea whats wrong with it or how long it will take. I have also sent two messages without response and my boyfriend asked for manager on one of his called and told he was busy. Im very, very upset. I understand fixing vehicles takes a while but a month with no information other than well call back is extremely frustrating. At least tell me whats wrong with it and how long I can expect.

I had to take my car four times to them, they kept it almost for two months, and finally, they did a very bad repair that I had to take it to another shop. They even damaged the roof and the bumper while working on my car.
