        Extremely long waits. Ive spent 45 min in line at 4 different times. Bless the one person who was on who was able to help- she was lovely.

        Oct. 4. 2022. Friendly staff. But if you are sensitive to scents, this is not the bank for you. The last 2 visits it smelled like someone was burning essential oils in there. Which made it very hard to breath. Hurt my lungs. And my head started to feel dizzy. I was not the only customer to complain of the smell. Public buildings, that deal with the public, should not burn air freshners, essential oils etc. in them. It also would be nice if they brought back customer service to deal with ordering cheques, change address, booking appointments, or other complications, that end up holding up the teller line. It was a bad idea to get rid of the customer service person.

        Had a very poor experience with an advisor who was unable to answer questions about our mortgage. Was able to speak with the branch manager over the phone who assured me she would look after my request by the next Wednesday. Almost a week has gone by that date and I have heard nothing back despite leaving multiple voicemails. Very frustrating.

        Made a fuss about SIN being a requirement for credit card. Unhelpful. Went to BMO nearby and got things done.
