RBC Royal Bank

Called to apply for a loan and the banker didn't really seem like she knew what she was doing. After 5 minutes she said she'd call me back after they ran the numbers. Waited for 45 minutes and never received a call back

I love banking at Royal bank because I get great service. Even thou they are always busy or short in staff. I may not like the waiting but enjoy great service.

Worst customer service ever! I walked in to this bank to deposit a cheque and didnt get a friendly greeting or how can I help you? .. instead I get questioned if I have an appointment from an older lady with reddish brown hair. She then tells me judgingly she might have to put a hold on it before I gave her the cheque or pulled out my card. (The cheque is from an RBC account as well so Ive never had any problems.) Im very dissatisfied with my experience.

Brutal phone customer service. Called customer service after my card was declined even tho I was way under daily limits and lots of funds In the account. Only told ways to work around the issue with zero effort of an actual fix. I will be withdrawing all my accounts as soon as I can. All I can say is these are clowns and if you want to spend money you have look elsewhere.
