Good service. Politeness of the front-desk staff over the phone, and in person in appreciated. A better way to handle advance appointment bookings would be nice (like a day or two in advance atleast, instead of having to call early right on day of haircut). An SMS about appointment confirmation should be added. I believe the rates of different types of haircuts / colors / services should be easily visible even from customers seat, for better decision making, without having to get off the seat and go check with the front-desk. I believe that gives a good visibility of expected expenses. Anyway, overall I like the service and I am a regular here.

The best experience yet. I have brought my son to Tommy Guns for haircuts over the last 5 years. Yesterday, we visited the Stone Bridge location in Saskatoon and had the opportunity for Bree to cut his hair. She was fun and outgoing and did the most amazing haircut. My son loves it and said that he only wants to see Bree from now on. She was precise and detail oriented. Thank you, Bree!!! Service: Long haircut
