Andrew and his partner, Andy, came to redo the roof on my steep, 105 year old, 1.5 story home. Andrew came out within hours of a request for a quote. He explained all the work that needed to be completed using regular language so I understood exactly what needed to occur. He also pointed out some areas which were not completed correctly the last time the roof was done and how he would correct them. He emailed me a written quote and contract within 48 hours. Andrew stuck with his timelines. Andrew and Andy worked long hours, past dark, to get the job completed before an impending snow storm. Andy even worked the last few hours IN the snow storm to get the job completed this morning. The job site was kept so tidy that when they left at the end of each day, my dogs were safe to roam the yard. Andrew kept me updated throughout the project, always responding within a few hours-even on the weekend or off hours if I had questions. There were no unexpected expenses. The cost of the project was as quoted by Andrew. This price was also competitive with other quotes I got. Andrew and Andy were organized and, for a roof, surprisingly quiet...so much so that I was able to to continue to work-from-home without any interruptions. Even with a tight deadline, Andrew repaired my neighbours eavestroughs FOR FREE while working on our roof. I believe this is a testament to the incredible community-oriented work ethic of this business. Andrew (and Andy) were reliable, friendly, detail-oriented professionals. I would hire them again for any home projects in a heart beat.
