I am new to the area so I have been trying to find a new place to get my lash lift& tint. I am so happy and surprised! Lashes are the perfect curl, easy to get an appointment, the appointment was half the time then my usual appointments, and cheaper then everywhere else in town! They also have a loyalty program so lashes will be that much cheaper for return clients. I will definitely come back! Thanks Freda for the amazing job!

I got a lash lift and tint by Angela and overall it was a good experience! At a previous salon I felt a burning sensation in my eyes and there was no discomfort this time around. She explained all the steps and what was going on thoroughly, gave me helpful after care info, and told me the options and pricing for a subsequent visit. The salon was easy to find, clean and comfortable. Will see how the lashes hold up over the 6-8 weeks and will most likely be back for a touch up.

I have received lash lift and tints at other salons when I lived out of town but I had the opportunity to have one done by Freda recently. They look amazing! She is very knowledgeable about lash health as well and took care to go over the aftercare with me even though I've had them before. Studio is clean and professional. Had a trip to go to and my usual lash girl was unable to do lash extensions that day so I was relieved to get lashes done here. I asked for the classic set as I dont like very thick lashes and the lady agreed. For over 3 hours she worked on my lashes and the results were very underwhelming. Everyone I went to couldnt even notice that my lashes were done, the lady told me it was subtle and fit me and if I wanted a dramatic look, I should glue on falsies. Im like what? Whats the point of doing my lash extensions AND still have to glue on fake lashes. Long story short, I called back to get my lashes fixed and the lady who answered was very condescending and disrespectful. I explained the situation to her and because I wasnt her client, she said I was not her problem. I tried to get my refund back and she said unfortunately I couldnt get it all back and they would have to remove the set. So I just to the L and found a different lady that same night and she ended up fixing the mistake perfectly. Lost an additional $100 but honestly learnt my lesson.
