oct 28th i asked the lady for recommendations for bleach since it was my first time in sallys. i only wanted to know which lightening powder and developer to get. she grabbed the biggest size of powder there was and a big 20vol developer. not knowing and asking that i only wanted to bleach my bangs not the whole head. fine i can always use them. she then asked me what color id like. i told her cherry red but not right now, i followed her where the dye was (which btw bled and bled everywhere when i used it) and grabbed TWO since she said omg you have a lot of hair verbatim. oh and she also grabbed ANOTHER 10vol developer for the hair dye without asking. totaling to $94. i only wanted to know which brand of bleach to get.

Good products, but the staff here are horrible. Constantly asked if I'm finding everything okay, then when you decline they follow you around the store and watch from the end of the aisles. Makes you feel like your a criminal for just supporting their business, not to mention I find them quite arrogant and short. This has happened the NUMEROUS times I've visited this store so I would recommend people just order online and get it delivered until they can treat their walk in customers better.

Went in here today and the place reeked of cigarettes, almost like people are smoking in the back with the door cracked open. Had to leave!

I went in today and needed help as a colorist over bleached my hair and I was in need of going to a caramel color as my hair was way too light. The nice lady listened to me and gave me great advice and products as well as information on what to do to achieve my goal. I followed her instructions to a t and now my hair looks amazing. I'll definitely come back if I ever want to change my hair color again.
