I love the store the workers are always friendly and attentive however, today I saw a friend working there and as I was saying hello the supervisor Charlie came over and apprehended them in front of me. While I understand why it was done it was VERY unprofessional to do so in front of customers and made me uncomfortable. Afterwards I realized it was the same employee from a different day that would not allow me to exchange a candle I had bought earlier that day

The staff is always very kind and welcoming and respectful, however. The supervisor charlie working on March 25th decided to discipline two employees in front of a large floor of customers which was very distasteful, disrespectful and unprofessional and I hope somebody speaks to them about when its appropriate to discipline employees and when its not.
