Tried ordering a bike for my elderly father. Placed an order but needed to change it so we requested to cancel it so we could go over the options with my father again before ordering another bike. They charged him $300! for nothing. Stay away. They are clearly not honest. There was no reason to charge $300 to cancel an order after only an hour.

Im happy to say that I received my bikes, Ive assembled them with relative ease and Ive taken my first ever ride on an e-bike. Wow, five stars, Im totally impressed with the ride, as well as with the support team at Biktrix. Thank you!

Bought a juggernaut Ultra FS pro 3, the battery was not charging . I contacted customer service who replied promptly with some fixes and asked me to provide pictures. In the mean time I went for a ride and the derailleur broke, then I found out the battery problem was due to a connector not welded. I replied with pictures and express my concern with their QA. 4 days went by ,still NO RESPONSE. the bike is great but not sure they care about their customers!!! UPDATE 4 hours after posting review: I got a reply proposing reimbursement of the derailleur and escalation to QA for the battery issue.hopefully they will review their customer service policy for quicker reply, Taj from CS was polite and helpful. Let it be a glitch ! The bike rides vey well and I enjoy it!

Juggernaut 3 is an awesome bike by an awesome company with awesome customer service. I'm glad after narrowing down to two I chose Biktrix. At 51 it was probably the best decision I've ever made lol

Don't rely on this company to help you service your bike or provide you with parts. They will send you to amazon or ebay for items not on their "warranty" and you are pretty much on your own once you have purchased your bike. In addition to the issues with the parts, I have also been having issues with the kickstand on this bike( the Skycap). It is not the right size, so much so a slight breeze will push it over. I have asked the company to look in to it and I have got the run around. I also found out that this bicycle has different framesets where some will have three hole mounting points for the kickstands where others only have two. There are too many inconsistencies in this product that I would definitely not recommend this bike to anyone. As of August 19th 2022 the Biiktrix Skycap 1 is no longer sold or serviced by the company. They do not have parts for this bicycle, they do not have controllers, they do not have controller cables, they do not have kickstands, they do not have tires, and in short they did not plan to service this bike from day 1. It is now May 11 2023, the frame near the seat post is cracked. This company has a quality control issue, so much so you will have to purchase an extended warranty because they have so many issues with their products. I suggest not to purchase any bikes from this brand. This bike was money pit from start to finish.
