I know people have different perspectives and experiences, honestly, I wouldn't know why anyone would want to rate these guys less than a 5-star. I wish there was a 10-star option. I am a satisfied and first-time customer as well. Did a lot of research, and met with a lot of blind companies but private and public. The blind factory was not even on the list, it was just a coincidence we stumbled upon it. Fast forward got a very detailed section at their office and a quote was generated. My orders came just in time but two pieces were odd due to a possible miscommunication. While I was trying to bother my head, they took 100% responsibility for the error. They placed a remake of what I wanted and delivered it right on time. The installation guy was super friendly, right on time, and knowledgeable. If you are looking for blinds in Saskatoon at very good quality and affordable rates? Please check out the blind factory before closing a deal. Thanks, James and team.
