        Had the most wonderful experience with Karsen and James! I have an angry rook piercing and needed help changing the jewelry, and after a bad experience at another business I was frustrated and my piercing was painful and irritated after being messed with. Karsen and James were both immediately so warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were very knowledgeable, showed me the right jewelry for the piercing, and Karsen was incredibly gentle as she tapered and changed the jewelry for me. There is a beautiful selection of jewelry in store, and I will absolutely be returning to purchase further jewelry when my piercing is ready to be downsized. I would highly recommend Karsen for any piercing needs. Thank you both for your help and the incredible customer service!
