This is not good service. Its over an hour from 10:00am and Im still waiting at the station for the for the bus. No calls, no communication what so ever. The customer service I contacted said their was a mechanical problem and Im not sure how long that will take. I need to catch a flight in 4 hour time. Still waiting for the bus to come. Apparently, I kept calling the customer services line and now the line is no longer active.

I had a good one hour ride, the driver was very nice. It takes plenty of stops so you can go to the washroom and get snacks if needed. The only problem was the 40 minute delay.

Booked a ticket for nov 6 5:30 pm got there at 4:45 and waited till 6:15 and called the company only to find out that the bus was already many stops passed mine. Operator said that the bus must have come an hour earlier because of the clocks going back but the lady working at the shell said no bus even came.
