I had the best experience here, bought my self a Mac. I had some special demand to be fulfilled, Richa and Sugi helped me alot out here. Really appreciate their efforts and problems solving techniques.

I can say its worst place to buy anything from here actually i also know the worker name and i wanted to return something but she said I already told you other day that you cant return or exchange that but tbh i never went to that store after buying I dont know what they are thinking about themselves work at costumer service ..

Came in to buy a video game that was supposed to be in stock. Ended up they didnt have any but were getting more shipped in. I asked to place an order and have it reserved when it arrives and they told me that since I was ordering it, I would have to pay shipping fees. Why am I paying for shipping fees for you to restock your own store? it was like $8-10 in shipping fees too. Almost as much as the game itself.

I wanted a portable dishwasher so I called at Preston Store, they finalized the deal and when I asked about financing they gave me number of Fairstone where I called and after holding the line for an hour I went to Fairstone Office on 22nd Street. They said I should have gone directly to Best Buy and they could have done it a very short time. But Best Buy people did not guide me. Next day I went to the store and after discussions price with taxes and 5 year warranty came to be $1094 after which the Team Lead went out. The Sales Associate couldn't give me the deal of $1094 and after quite a bit of hassling I was offered dishwasher for $1109. I reluctantly agreed to it. I didn't take the Installation (@$179) at the time of purchase; I was told for members it would be half of the regular charge. Next day I called Best Buy to add Installation as well, Sales Associate Mr. Sid offered me the Installation for $199. I was shocked to see how Best Buy works!!! It seems to me that when a customer gets in the final deal prices are gradually increased by Best Buy!! In the first instance increase of $15 came and then for installation quite a big jump!! One has to be very careful in dealing with Best Buy - they may cheat you! Hashim
