Mike was such an enthusiastic sales person and had so much information, if you want great service and answers to any cannabis related questions he is your guy!

I called to have product set aside. I came down to pick up. Upon my arrival I was told only 1 of 2 items were there and that they messed up the order, I was offered 15% off the order which was very appreciative even though the circumstances were disappointing.. until I was about to pay and they then tell me that there is some issue on their system which wont allow them to sell I wasted over an hour coming to the store to pick up my order that I was told by the Assistant Manager was there (Even though it wasnt) to then be told they wont / cant sell it to me.. Now where it gets better, I ask for a manager to discuss this issue with and the employees give me his card - Maxwell Raeburn Warner explain this to him and his response is that within a couple minutes the order will process .. however his next comment was the icing on the cake as he says after I my concerns are brought forth Why are you calling my cell .. ummm pardon? Because I was given your card and your the manager Maxwell maybe you missed this part about accepting responsibility and helping your customers when there is an issue and working it out to make the company money?? Anyways very upsetting that I wasnt called to discuss these issues, very upsetting to bring forth a VAILD concern and be treated this way from a PROFESSIONAL store.. DO NOT USE - DO NOT RECOMMEND
