I had terrible experience with this company. I am going to share my story with you all to know what to look for. I wanted to have interior and exterior done and carpet with deep cleaning shampoo. So,I went there and hand over my keys to Joseph and told to come after 6 hours. I went back to pick my car around 1:30 pm, when reached I was told to pay first without looking at my car because they have emergency and need to go. Well, being a good Samaritan I paid full payment i.e $235 and quickly went to pick up my car. Shocking part was to see that he only did light vacuum and washed outside only. Seats were still the same , floor was dirty. He even broke the gear shifter boot(picture). It was frustrating that I paid it already and he didnt even do his job. I messaged him about 5-6 times but there is no reply. I messaged him next day that I will file a official complaint against you. He instantly messaged me that he was away, there was no cellular service and I will talk to my partner. One more message came later in the evening that my partner will call you. I got message from his partner Brandon two days later. He did the same thing too -no response! Seems like they dont want to admit their fault and make a refund now. Worst experience of my life. I am going to file a complaint against their business to consumer protection services. *Please never ever use them for car cleaning and detailing, if you wish to go make sure to check your car and pay.

Brought a car that was sitting in the bush for 4 years and needed a deep clean, removal of dog hair and scent. I walked up to the car and immediately noticed that the windows were not cleaned. The exterior polish was decent. The interior was better than when we dropped it off. I expected to have the fabric and carpet shampooed but was told only after that "we use a dry method with a spray bottle and cloth." Should definitely consider using a shampooer as the cloth interior was still dirty. I was expecting to have a person cleaning my vehicle that pay attention to the details. Unfortunately, this was a time when I should have cleaned the car myself. Seeing my diappointment in the finish product, the owner offered to take off 25%. Instead, he took off $25. For future clients, please consider paying more attention to the details. Do that and you will have a great business without having to spend money on advertising.
