Absolute WORST Service Dept we have ever dealt with. I cannot begin to explain the details of our horrific experienc. Only one review is permitted, so will summarize the NUMEROUS concerns we have. *SOLD us a brand new 2022 with a bad tire but would not replace it. *Diagnosed the problem incorrect not one, but twice! *Misdiagnoses caused damage to TWO tires. * We wrote a bad review and Christian called within minutes to assure Subaru Canada would deal with our issue and asked to have the bad review removed. *We removed our review in good faith, and here we are again. *Our issue was NOT dealt with and we are now being accused of damaging our own vehicle. *Their offer to make us happy(which we did not expect to pay anything) and fix the issue was still going to cost us more than at a local garage. *When called with a further issue they literally would not even offer to look at our car and told us to go elsewhere. This is not the first major issue we have had with this service dept. We also had issues when we owned our last vehicle as well. We will NEVER deal with Subaru Saskatoon ever again!
