Hands down a 5-star review and highly recommend Dr. Jim Pankiw!! I really appreciate the thoroughness of Dr. P. At the beginning he scanned each vertebrae to assess the areas needing work and compares your progress every 12 treatments to ensure there is improvement. Within 12 treatments and regularly stretching each day, Ive reached a near perfect scan and I feel great after about 4 years of intense shoulder and neck pain. Ive been to other chiropractors before but have not had as great of an assessment, explanation of the treatment plans, and pain relief like Ive experienced from Dr. P. Thank you so much for the great chiropractic care!

I came here 1 time to see Dr. Jim Pankiw. He was so rough when assessing me and didn't speak to me at all or tell me what he was doing one time. Basically jostled me around and told me to get x-rays. I looked him up and he has a bunch of grievances in the college of chiropractors against him for drunk driving. Anyway, I got about 100 calls asking me to book back. No thanks.

I was kind of skeptical about going to a chiropractor. I attended my first appointment with Dr Papish. Dr Papish and his lovely assistant made sure they walked me through the process of what my body needed and the condition it was in. Malina is a Registered Massage Therapist. She is compassionate and easy going. Malina is also very informative about what my body needs. I was in so much pain in my neck and upper back area from a car accident. The pain in my neck and upper back is reduced significantly from Chiropractic and Massage treatments. I can enjoy my daily activities without any pain. I sleep better and Im in a better mood. I didnt realize how much the pain affected my daily life. I would recommend Central Avenue Health Centre for your Chiropractic and Massage needs!
