Very racist and treat the person based on their appearances. The native worker who works there is very rude and everytime Ive came to UP , I felt very disrespected by the way she treated us.

There is a male employee there that I believe his name is Bassim. Ive witnessed him treat his employees with utter disrespect and Ive never seen someone with a worse power trip than him. Ive heard numerous complaints from former employees and how he made a job that was once enjoyable turn into a horrible experience. Back in April, I witnessed a fight between him and one of the other employees on the sales floor, where I believe he left her alone while it was busy. He proceeded to call her names, and I was appalled at the unprofessional service in front of other customers. I understand retail isnt the most serious job but there is a line between keeping your coworkers on task and abusing your power. He has crossed that line. I think there should be serious reconsideration whether he is fit in his position or as a fellow employee with the girls working there.

Extremely racist place. The worker called me the N word and said alot of racist things.

The workers were very harsh and rude. They bring bad energy around. Very bad customer service
