Very poor customer service and if you try bring up a problem and ask for the manager he comes in just to be rude and does nothing for you.

After seeing all the amazing reviews for this store I decided to go in for some shopping. Yes the prices are high but was expecting as much so wasn't too bothered. Went up to the till with the things I wanted to purchase just to be treated incredibly awful. Unhelpful with the questions and vague on their return policy. Spent a good amount of money to find out I bought the wrong colour shoes for my brother. Went back to return and was greated with a very hostile and rude sales associate, asked for the manager who was even a bigger a hole. Please people don't waste your money on places that DONT RESPECT YOU OR YOUR MONEY. UPDATE!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY WONDERING ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE STUFF I PURCHASED. SERIOUSLY UNHAPPY AND AFTER MORE REVIEWS FROM VARIOUS STORES IN CANADA HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT I, AS WELL AS OTHERS HAVE BEEN SOLD KNOCK OFF GEAR.

My favourite place to shop in Saskatoon. The employees are very helpful and the prices are very reasonable. The best high-end clothing store in Saskatoon!
