Gap Factory

Always some good th8ngs on clearance, my kids will have clothes again for awhile....it was an additional 30% off clearance today, which is always welcome with they way kids grow!

No idea why it is called gap factory as prices are high similar to managers attitude. Need to look at basics of customer service dear gap. Actions speak louder than words.

The guy working at the till was super friendly and he was only following polices. I had purchased some items on discount but when I went to return them, the prices had been reduced to considerably less, maybe 70% less than what I originally paid. So, I would never buy anything on discount here again. I figure you should at least get the amount you paid. The items were never warn and all the tags were still on all the items. I didn't need or want my money back, but a credit note for full amt that I paid for would have been greatly appreciated. They were just 6 basic T shirts. All good, I decided to give the items to charity.
